1) Write a program to display the numbers 1 thru 10.
2) Write a program to display the first positive 10 even integers
3) Calculate the pay for this policy:
- Pay rate is $15 per hours 1-35.
- Workers earn time and a half for all hours > 35.
Note: you can hard wire the hours worked.
